Liquid silicone, or LSR, is widely used in the sports industry due to its exceptional properties:

Platinum-catalyzed LSR silicone is transparent and can be easily pigmented.
It is hypoallergenic and does not promote bacterial growth.
It offers excellent stability, not degrading when exposed to weathering or UV rays, and it withstands temperatures from -50°C to +230°C.
Different hardness levels (Shore) can be used with the same mold.
Multiple types of textures and grips can be achieved from the mold.
It retains its elastic properties over time, even in applications with repeated compression or continuous stress cycles.
It can be overmolded onto plastic, metal, and glass.
It is ideal for skin contact and can be certified as food and medical grade.

Liquid silicone, processed through injection molding, allows for easy manufacturing, high-volume production, and consistent part quality. We specialize in both highly automated, high-volume productions and small batches starting from 10,000 pieces (typically pre-series or components to be industrialized). We produce straps, bands, masks, snorkels, fins, covers, lures, and various accessories.
